These clevis/shackle mounts are designed to be welded to the face of the bumper. They measure 2.25” long, 3.00” Wide, ¾ Thick with a ¾ Hole Diameter.

Will fit up to a 3/4" diameter Pin and at least a 7/8" body clevis with no problem.
